Meet The Leadership Team

​Joe founded Greenscape in 1987 and has led the company’s evolution in growing from a small local company to a significant regional force. Through his leadership, vision and thoughtful strategic planning, Joe has guided the company, setting and achieving important milestones. Joe has fostered an exceptional culture at Greenscape based upon a commitment to the highest principles, industry expertise and unsurpassed customer service.

​Joe graduated from Bucknell University with a BA in Economics. He has served on the Board of Trustees of Caritas Christi Hospital and the Board of Directors for Community Care Services. Joe is a USCG licensed Captain and a four-time Ironman finisher.

Jon’s first role on the Greenscape team was in 1987 as a landscape foreman. Jon’s strength in operations was instrumental during the early developmental years of Greenscape, culminating as operations manager from 1992 through 1995. He accumulated a wealth of experience during these years that ultimately contributed to the success he enjoys as Vice President of Business Development, a position he has held since 1996.

​Jon received his BA in economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is a Massachusetts Certified Landscape Professional, a certified Green Roof installer and has been certified by the Accredited Snow Contractors Association . Jon is past president of the Massachusetts Association of Landscape Professionals, past president of New England Grows and has served on the Mass Building Congress Committee.

Derek began with Greenscape in 2000 after owning his own landscape/masonry design build business. Over the years he has been with the company, Derek has contributed to the organization in multiple capacities and elevated himself through various positions such as Foreman, Chief Estimator and Chief Operations Officer.  This experience and well-rounded knowledge has culminated to his most recently appointed position as President.  This diverse experience within the company has given Derek a unique understanding and perspective of the many aspects necessary to navigate Greenscape through its next stage of growth and success within the industry.

Derek graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree. During his 30 years within the industry he has held many certifications including, ISA certified arborist, Green Roof Professional (GRP), and OSHA certifications.

Kerri started with Greenscape as a consultant in May 2020. Her initial contribution to the organization was to provide insight and recommendations on process improvement, organizational effectiveness, resource optimization, and financial planning and analysis for the Finance team at Corporate. The time spent on this project led to her joining the organization in May of 2022 as the CFO. She is a results-driven Finance leader with 20+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting. She was formerly at Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. for most of her career, where she played a critical role in supporting all sales and operational business units over the span of 20 years with the company. From this extensive and varied set of experiences, she gained critical skills including operational performance optimization, and leadership of financial performance through comprehensive analysis and mentoring. She has a record of success leading high-performance teams through the utilization of organized and efficient financial analytical models and processes. She is a focused strategist and trusted business partner with a recognized ability for identifying innovative solutions, strategy development, and execution.

Kerri graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a Bachelor of Economics and Accounting degree. She has also earned the designation of Certified Public Accountant.

Nathan leads our Landscape Management and Snow Divisions, providing strategic vision, operational insight and setting our standard of excellence for our regional branch teams.  Nathan leads and manages all business development teams for our branch and regional maintenance and snow services

Using his background and working from the ground up in the industry for over 25 years, Nathan continually works to refine a service delivery approach to exceed customer expectations.

Nathan received his BS from Northeastern University, is a Umass Green School graduate, a Massachusetts Certified Landscape Professional, and a SIMA Snow and Ice Professional.  An active father of 3, Nathan enjoys spending time on the open ocean, and competing in regional athletic competitions.

Danny oversees Greenscape Taunton branch servicing the Southcoast area of Massachusetts. With a long history of operational experience, Danny leads our largest team providing landscape maintenance and snow services.

Danny is a Umass Green School graduate, a Mass Certified Landscape Professional, Certified Snow Professional.

Landon has been in the landscaping industry for over fifteen years. He first started at Greenscape in 2013 as a laborer, working his way up through various roles to his current role as branch manager. He holds several industry licenses. Most notably, he is a Certified Irrigation Technician through the Irrigation Association.

He spent many years installing, servicing, and designing some of the biggest and most complicated irrigation systems in the area. He also has snow and ice accreditations through SMA. Landon is certainly a great asset to the Greenscape team and has been doing an outstanding job as a branch manager.
